A New Issue With Nintendo

Today I'm going to talk about Nintendo again, which is a gaming company that I have adored for years.

As some of you may know, Nintendo has recently released SNES games to the virtual console of the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS about three months ago. However, there's one problem relating to that. I decided to email Nintendo Support about the issue, and this is how they replied:

Hello,

Thank you for writing and for your patience awaiting our reply. We've been quite busy lately, which has affected our response times.

I can confirm that the Super NES games recently released on the virtual console are only available on the New Nintendo 3DS. They are not available on the Nintendo 3DS XL. I know this is not what you were hoping to hear and for that I apologize.

That said, I have forwarded your interest in being able to play Super NES virtual console games on your Nintendo 3DS, so that the appropriate departments know what our fans are asking for.

With that said, it shows that the Nintendo employee is going to tell their higher-ups about my interest in wanting to play SNES games on an older model of the Nintendo 3DS, so that's pretty cool.
